Workshop FALLING MONUMENTS?

In the upcoming workshops as part of the exhibition “FALLING MONUMENTS? - Exhibition on the controversy on monuments”, monuments and the culture of remembrance will be critically reflected upon and discussed. Through different phases, the respective monuments will be approached and viewed together from different perspectives in order to ultimately develop creative utopias.

Dealing with the history and significance of monuments in one’s own living environment can create a sense of identity and stimulate political interest and participation.
FALLING MONUMENTS? offers an accessible approach to a discourse on democratic thinking and action. We invite all citizens to participate in the workshops and become part of the debate, which is usually only conducted among heritage scholars and cultural journalists.

The workshop is open to all; participation is free of charge.
