Opening of the Orangerie Neukölln
In Körnerpark, one of the city’s most beautiful parks, strollers and exhibition visitors will soon get their culinary money’s worth again. On May 21, Orangerie Neukölln will open its doors as a gastronomic venue for many occasions. Simon and Max, the two founders of Orangerie, are passionate hosts and have spent the last few months restoring the historic space to their former glory and recruiting a colorful team of passionate professionals. Together they offer not only homemade cakes, first-class coffee, tea and snacks, but also draft beer, (natural) wines and refreshing drinks at a later hour. For the sake of the environment, they will not be using any animal products and will be focusing primarily on organic and local produce. Starting in July, Orangerie Neukölln will also offer a more extensive range of food, such as breakfast dishes and lunch.
The team of Orangerie Neukölln cordially invites you to the terrace in Körnerpark on May 21 from 2 pm. At 4 pm, there will be a ceremonial opening with the City Councilor for Education, Culture and Sports, Karin Korte, and the acting head of the Department of Culture, Dorothee Bienert.
